The CHIAN TD307 is an automatic flap barrier turnstile designed for pedestrian access control in office buildings, commercial facilities, transportation entrances and other managed pedestrian areas.

Matters Needing Attention

One of the main components of pedestrian walkway products is stainless steel, which has good rust resistance (ability to resist atmospheric oxidation) and corrosion resistance (ability to resist corrosion in media containing acid, alkali, and salt), but its corrosion resistance will change with its own chemical composition, usage environment, and other factors. In order to maintain the appearance and prolong the service life of stainless steel, regular maintenance and upkeep are necessary.The maintenance precautions are as follows:

1. Different specifications of stainless steel need to be selected for different usage environments. Generally, 304 stainless steel can be used, while 316 stainless steel is recommended for environments such as coastal areas and chemical plants.
2. Keep the surface of the product clean and dry.
When dirt appears on the surface of the product, non-woven fabric and alcohol can be used for cleaning.
When rust spots appear on the surface of the product, you can use a scouring pad (remember not to use a steel wire cleaning ball) to wipe back and forth along the pattern at the rust spot until it is removed, and then use non-woven fabric and stainless steel maintenance agent to wipe the entire area.
5. It is necessary to regularly wipe and maintain the entire gate with non-woven fabric and stainless steel maintenance agent. It is generally recommended to do it once a month; If the environment is harsh (such as by the sea, chemical plants, etc.), it is recommended to do it once a week.
