90° Folding Boom for Low-Clearance Entrances

This automatic folding arm barrier gate is specially designed for underground parking garages and vehicle entrances with limited overhead clearance. The 90-degree folding boom structure reduces the vertical space required during opening, making it a practical alternative to conventional straight boom barriers in low-ceiling environments.

150W DC Brushless Motor

Equipped with a 150W DC24V brushless motor, the barrier provides stable and efficient opening and closing operation. The brushless motor design helps reduce maintenance requirements and is suitable for frequent vehicle access applications.

Adjustable Opening and Closing Speed

The barrier supports 1.5–3 seconds adjustable operation or 3–6 seconds adjustable operation, allowing the operating speed to be selected according to different entrance and traffic management requirements.

Designed for Underground Parking

Unlike a conventional straight boom that requires more vertical clearance when opening, the folding arm changes its angle during operation to reduce the required overhead space.

How the Folding Arm Works

How Does the 90° Folding Arm Work?

When the barrier opens, the main boom rises while the connected section folds through the joint mechanism. This reduces the vertical operating space required above the barrier.

When the barrier closes, the folding section extends until the boom returns to its horizontal position and blocks the vehicle lane.

The design allows automatic vehicle access control to be installed in underground garages and covered entrances where a conventional straight boom cannot fully open because of limited ceiling height.
